Main Features:
    1.Implemented with Japans FANUC all digital servo system with color display, user-friendly interface, manual pulse generator and self-diagnostics, the control system is stable, reliable, easy to maintain and adjust.
    2.With specially designed tolling and non-magnetic fixtures, this machine realizes contentious grinding of larger endface of rollers in an automatic through-feed manner.
    3.Wheelhead slide is driven by servo motor + ball screw and supported by "V"type needle roller guidway which ensures high precision motion, accurate positioning and good rigidity and realizes micro-feeding and fast forward and backward.
    4.Processing different sized work pieces by replacing relevant tooling.
    5.Both rough and fine grinding can be implemented at one time with special combined grinding wheels in order to achieve a much better surface quality, accurate geometry and the length consistence.
    6.High production efficiency and dent-free work pieces.
    7.Wheel is automatically dressed with a diamond pen to ensure the wheel profile consistence and dimension accuracy.
    8.Wheel spindle is driven with belt and high-power motor to realize high-speed grinding.
    9.Centralized lubrication system provides timing, quantitative and duly lubrication of ball screws.
    10.Equipped with flushing system , the machine is easy to keep clean.
    11.With magnetic + non-woven cloth filter system, the coolant tank is in a large capacity and its cooling effect is satisfied.
