Main Features of the bearing CNC grinder:

  1.Implemented with Japans FANUC all digital servo system (1 or 2-axis) with color display, user-friendly interface, manual pulse generator and self-diagnostics , the  control system is stable, reliable, easy to maintain and adjust.
2.Work spindle drive and oscillation slide motors are speed-variable with F.C.
3.Workpiece is gripped by electromagnetic centreless chuck, supported by idle wheel and held on end-face also by idle wheel.
 4.The stone oscillation slide is driven by servo motor and guided by cross roller guideway(THK make).
 5.Automatic loading and unloading manipulator is stable, reliable, versatile, easy to adjust and free from dent mark on workpieces.
 6.The moving trace of the stone can be set according to processing requirements to maintain the geometrical profile of the workpiece to its pre-honing shape.
  7.The surface visual quality is excellent and with even color.
  8.3MZ336CNC has two stations for rough honing and fine honing respectively.3MZ3310 CNC / 3MZ3310D CNC/  3MZ3316 CNC /3MZ3320 CNC / 3MZ3330 CNC / 3MZ3330A CNC use one-station-two-steps technology in which the rough honing and fine honing stones can be automatically indexed.
  9.Machine is operated by pneumatic or hydraulic system.
  10.Filtration system for cooling liquid uses magnetic + honeycomb type filter or magnetic + non-woven filter  cloth.
